Add text before slider image on homepage

I would like to add a text box above the slider image to tell people we are having a raffle. I want the text box to look like the red bar that says “A Lunch Cafe employing people with Intellectual Disabilities.” but say “Get your ticket for Super Bowl Raffle: 2 Tickets to Super Bowl… ” with a button to the fundraiser page.
