Add text below reviews

Hi,

In the Netherlands, since 28-5-2022 we are obligated to tell our website visitors, how reviews are collected, f.e. only customers can write reviews, writers are rewarded for a review, reviews are verified… etc

Therefor, in the reviews tab on a single product page, right above or below the reviews, I would like to add some text for this.

Is there a hook or a way to do this?
