Add text in text box

  • Hi:
    I am using si-contact-form on mysite. Thanks for giving in open source,
    Below i am explain my requirement

    I am only E-mail(text box only. not using email labels also) and submit button.

    I want to add text in text box like “Join our e-mail list” if i click text box that text want to disappear,

    How will i do this on my site.I need your help
