Add text information in forms

    I want to add text information within forms. For example, on an agreement form, I want to add the list of terms, then the checkbox button below it. Is that possible? Thanks.

    Yes, you can do this using the HTML field and the Decision box field. Use the HTML field to add the list of terms, and then place the Decision box field below it to allow users to check and agree to the terms.
