    It seems that even the Visual editor doesn’t function correctly. Heading tags don’t work, text/image alignment doesn’t work, line breaks aren’t kept, etc…

    Can you elaborate please ?
    Is this happening in the editor itself or the output strips HTML tags ?
    What version of WordPress are you using ?
