    Hi
    I installed your plugin and I have 3 questions:

    1. before someone start to chat with me there is a symbol that he sees. Is there a way to remove the symbol and put text in that place?

    2. is it possible to add photo to the text conversation?

    3. I can answer chat when I am with my mobile with your app?

    Thank you for taking the time to get in touch, we really do appreciate it.

    Please find my responses below:
    1. Unfortunately this cannot be achieved by default, however this could be achieved using some advanced CSS if you are open to this?
    2. This is currently not possible in the basic version of WP Live Chat Support. Our apologies.
    3. This is not currently possible for users without a custom extension which can be found on our website.
