Add textarea for reason in return order form

    Hi,
    I want to add textarea in return order form for give reason that why customer want to return this product.

    Hi gulshan,

    How are you creating your “return order” form? Are you using the [customer-order] shortcode? If so, then you can just go to the “Custom Fields” tab and create a new “Text Area” type custom field. Just make sure that “Customer Order Display” is set to “Yes” and your text area will display on your customer order form.
