    Hello,

I wanted to add an H2 tag in a page of my story, but looking at the html code, I realize that this tag does not appear.

How to add the code of the “Hn” tags in the web stories please?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@compas972 Thank you for posting your topic. All inline text formatting in a text field is done using <span> and inline style properties. The code you highlighted was the correct snippet: <span data-amp-original-style="font-weight: 600" class="amp-wp-93d1d39"><font style="vertical-align: inherit;"><font style="vertical-align: inherit;">Comparative table</font></font></span>

Hello and thank you for your answer.

In fact I think I misspoke my question. I wanted to know how to add the “H1” and “H2” tags to my story.

Is it possible ? And if so, then how do you do it?

At the moment it is not possible to add H1 and H2 tags (or any heading tags) in stories.

However, we are discussing adding this on GitHub, if you want to stay updated on the progress on that matter.

Apologies for not having better news, but I’m sure we’ll have some update on this soon!

I was looking for help on H1 and H2 tags and found this that answered my question.

But want to add that this will be an important feature to have in web stories.

I currently get an error for all my web stories in Bing Console telling me that h1 tags are missing.

If a search engine thinks a title is missing, it will surely be a negative factor for web stories in search results. Particularly outside of Google.

I’d be OK with one h1 per story, and one h2 per page.

Thanks for looking into this, @swissspidy and team.

    It’s a very good idea.
