Add Theme Not Working

Cannot use the automatic “Add Theme” button to search or add a new theme. Am getting the following error: “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration.”

Using WP 4.7 on 1and1. PHP version is up-to-date. Tried feature on both Firefox and Chrome.
