Add thumbnails to “Order Details” table on Thank you and MyAcct. page

has anyone out there figured out how to add thumbnails into the Woocommerce “Order Details” table?

They show in their own column, on the checkout page, in the “Review Your Order” table. But, I can’t figure out how to repeat that column into the “Order Details” table, found on the My Account and Order Received / Thank you pages.

I don’t know if this is an option, but, even a lightbox pop up link of the product thumbnail would be cool.

If anyone has an answer, or a coder they recommend, I’d appreciate the tip.
