Thanks for reaching out to us. If I understand correctly, what you are trying to accomplish here — you’d like to update the Ticket Confirmation Email.
This would require knowledge with PHP and CSS. Although we do not fully support customization as per our Support Policy, but I’d like to at least point you in the right direction to what you are trying to accomplish here.
