Add ###TITLE### in email sent to site owner

Using ###TITLE### in the email that is sent to those who make the download request works perfect. But I’ve been unable to get the download ###TITLE### to display in the email sent to me the site owner. I’ve tried it in both the subject and in the body and neither work, but rather sends me “###TITLE###” in the subject or email body. Can this be added as an option? It would be very helpful to see the download title rather than the randomly generated link so I could see at a glance in the email notification which download is being requested.
