Add title to a href

Hello

i’m using the plugin to display my blogposts and i would like to know if it is possible to add a title tag to every blogpost in the code.

Know the code is for example: <a class=”anwp-position-cover anwp-link-without-effects” href=”https://…” aria-hidden=”true” >

And I would like to know if it is possible to be like this: <a title=”…” class=”anwp-position-cover anwp-link-without-effects” href=”https://…” aria-hidden=”true” >

So that every < ahref> link has also a title tag.
