add-to-any upgrade broke whole site

Looks like your host didn’t fully download the upgrade because WordPress is reporting a missing file. Usually reinstalling fixes this issue. Did you try reinstalling?

yes i did, but i didn’t re-download the file, i can try that. however it looks like the missing file is add-to-any.php & that is definitely there. but i will try a fresh download …

Actually it looks to be missing services.php and add-to-any-wp-widget.php, so check that those are there too.

ok, i redownloaded the file, checked that services.php & add-to-any-widget.php were there, ftp-d the directory & went to the plug-ins page. it was showing up so i activated it … & got the same error messages as above ??

it’s very wierd because it was working fine before, it is only with this upgrade that it is breaking.

is it possible to reinstall the older version?

i tried installing the 0.9.9.9.1 version which i think is the one we had, but i’m getting the same errors when i try to activate it (it stops the entire site from displaying, & i have to delete the plug-in via ftp in order to fix it).
