"Add to Basket" sometimes results in buying multiple products

In my website, https://www.quickgreenfox.com.au, sometimes when the customer click on “Add to Basket” button, the page added several items instead of one item to the basket. This doesn’t happen all the time, though, just once in a while. Last time I clicked on “Add to Basket”, it added 5 products where it’s usually one.
Any idea what happened?
