Additionally, from your screenshot we can’t see the “Checkout endpoints” can you please share another screenshot where those are visible?

Finally, since you’re getting a fatal error, can you please check for your Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

It is possible the error is caused by a conflict. I understand you performed a conflict test when the issue was with the add to cart button. But have you tried completing the order while having only WooCommerce active and on the Storefront theme?

If you didn’t, please do it and check if the issue persists.

Furthermore, were you able to set the checkout page as my colleague mentioned?
