add to cart: another link

Hi,
I would like to use the button “Buy on Amazon” with the link to open the page of the book and not directly to the cart.
If I use the tamplate “Add To Cart” I have to change this link?

If possible, you can tell me how?

I would also like to know what I have to put of code to open the window in a blank page. Like so?:
