There were no conflicts until last week. Disabling all plugins and returning one by one isolates the conflict to Genesis Woocommerce Connect – once disabled, the button works but directs the buyer to leave a comment. When enabled, the “Add to Cart” button doesn’t work.

Any help? Thanks in advance – this event is next week!

    Hi there!

I am trying to replicate but have not been able to so far. Have you made any changes recently to your site and did you do any updates or anything and notice the issue right after? If you have just WooComemrce and Genesis connect active and all other plugins disable are you still having issues? Also are you using the latest version of WooCommerce and Genesis Connect?

    Hi, Corrine —

To confirm, when you visit https://www.dramanddraught.com/product/guided-tasting-with-old-elk-distiller-greg-metze/ and click “add to cart” – you’re given the option to view cart and head to a checkout page? None of our users on any device are getting the option.

All plugins are up to date, as well as Genesis and WordPress. It has been tested with all disabled and Woocommerce components added back one at a time. Happy to provide an admin login for you if you’d like to poke around.

    Hi there!

I am sorry you are having difficulties with the cart on your site. I have tested on a test site with WooCommerce, Genesis Connect, and Infinity Pro and the cart is working correctly and I am seeing the view cart after adding an item.

I just want to confirm that the cart button was working correctly up until last week? If it was working previously did you do anything such as add some custom code or any updates before the issue showed up?

Corinne, I believe the issue started with the latest Genesis update.

    Hi there!

There was a Genesis update that went out yesterday to Genesis 3.2.1 do you want to try updating to see if that helps if you feel the last update is when the issue started?

We could also look at downgrading Genesis to the previous version before you did the update to see if that resolves the issue and that will help narrow down what might be causing this to occur.

Update: WooCommerce was missing some files so I deactivated, deleted, reinstalled, and all is well now.

Wonderful, I am glad to hear you were able to resolve the issue you were having.

    Have a great week!
