Looks like there have been at least 3 themes in a week’s time, that run into an error.. Any explanation why and how to solve it?

It would be very helpful if someone can help me to fix it as I am unable to get support from theme guys, they have a backlog. I am new to making websites so do not have much knowledge to fix the issues in code. Any help would be appreciated.
