Add to cart button error

    Hello,

    I am having a problem with the add to cart button in the store.

    Normally when you click on add to cart it should change to view the cart.

    For some reason this doesn’t happen. I am using a WooCommerce builder called JetWooBuilder, I contacted them and after testing and changing the theme to others such as Astra. It is visualized that the error only occurs with the Blocksy theme, for this reason I am contacting you.

    In general, it is good to test with the default Storefront theme, because we’ve seen many plugins implement specific “fixes” for a specific theme. Can you please attempt this flow with the default Storefront theme?

    If I just tried with the “Storefront” theme and the same problem occurs as with Blocksy.

    How would I do in this case to solve this error?

    In this case, you should get in touch with the plugin provider. If the issue replicates on the default theme, then it means they are integrating compatibility fixes on a theme basis, not a generic fix for all themes. They should rethink how their system works like, but I’m afraid that I won’t be able to give out developer advice.

    I understand perfectly, I will contact the support of the JetWooBuilder plugin again and I will present what you tell me. I hope it can be resolved quickly. I’ll update the thread as soon as I get a response.
