"Add to cart" button – Individual product page

  • Hi all,

    On individual product pages “add to cart” button from the sidebar product box doesn′t work. It also clear the shopping cart if it already has items added from category pages.

    I′m facing this problem after upgrading to 2.04, i′m using WordPress 3.5.1 and 1.3 version of Bazar theme from yit and no plugin except woocommerce.

    Already reported this to the theme developers but they answered me that this also happens with twenty eleven theme so must be from woocommerce.

    Is anyone facing this problem?

    Can anyone give a help or a clue for what is going on?

    Sounds like a caching issue to me. Cache plugins?

    Hello Mike,

    No cache plugins. I just have woocommerce activated.

    Theme cache is always deleted. Browser either.

    Can you suggest some changes to try?

    Could also be sever side caching.. Link to site?

    I am experiencing the same problem. The shopping “Add to Cart” button doesn’t respond at all.

    – Am using WordPress 3.5, WooCommerce 2.0.5
    – I have no caching plugins – I have reinstalled WP and the plugins
    – I have increased maximum PHP on server side…

    Not sure what to do? Can anyone help?

    @ YikesPleaseHelp I don’t know your exact problem but it looks like you don’t even have a cart page either.

    See WC > System Status

    Okay, will try this. Quick question as I am new to this: Where is the wp-settings.php page? Is in on the WP install or do I have to go to my hosting provide (godaddy) to make the changes – and increase PHP? (which i thought I had already done)

    You do appear to have other plugins activated – you should turn them off to be sure. I haven’t seen this issue occur before FYI.
