Add to Cart Button is not showing up Properly for yith gift cards

The add to cart button is showing up on the front category page instead of the product page. When you click it, it does not allow you to select an amount–25, 50, 75, or 100. It also shows a From and To box, but will not let you type anything into it.

I do have the settings set to Product Data: Gift Card & the Virtual box checked along with 25, 50, 75, 100 amount added. I have screenshots of everything, but I don;t see a way to upload at this point.

Can you help me find a way to fix? TIA
