ADD TO CART button loading without any action

    I use woocommerce in my site
    when i click to button ADD TO CART it is just show me loading action without any action
    usually it is change to the (view CART)
    i Deactivate and activate the plugin
    but still not work

    also when i start checkout
    it is work until button ( place order ) after that loading without any action
