    Hi!
I’m having some trouble with my site. When people try to buy my courses from around the world, the add to cart button is not showing.
I’m using this plugin so it can capture the IP and they can buy on their local currency but it’s making it imposible.

    Can you help me?
    Thanks!

    @avantiprodu,

Update: Please ignore my previous message – I’ve just cleared my browser’s cache, and it started working normally, so all seem ok now.

I’m going to mark this thread as “resolved” for now, hope that’s ok. Please let me know if there are still any questions/issues.

P.S. And if you like the plugin, please consider leaving me a rating.

    Hi @algoritmika,

I’ve have enable what you told me and I could see, from my computer in ARgentina, my IP, the paypal page and the convertion of the currency as I see it in pesos argentinos and in paypal in USD.
I’d tried by clearing the server cache hoping this will solve the problem. Do you recived an error?

    Thanks for all your help!

    Hi @avantiprodu,

Sorry, but I’m not sure if I’m getting the problem correctly.

The Payment Gateway Currency for WooCommerce plugin converts prices based on the gateway. For example, your default shop currency is ARS, but you want USD to be used for PayPal. This plugin is not affected by the visitor’s IP. It simply always converts currency from ARS to USD for the PayPal gateway.

The Payment Gateways by Customer Location for WooCommerce plugin (i.e., the one that this support thread is attached to) can hide gateway based on visitor’s IP, for example, it can hide PayPal gateway for visitors from Argentina.

Could you please let me know what you are trying to achieve? Do you need both plugins?

    Hi,

Yes, I need both plugins because I need to sell my courses on USD outside Argentina and in ARS in my country, that’s why I’m using both.

The add to cart button now is showing with a code I add to my css but it wasn’t working as I install the Payment Gateway Currency for WooCommerce plugin.

If that’s the way it may work, it’s ok, I can live with it ??

    But thanks anyway,

    Hi @avantiprodu,

    Sorry for the late reply.

If I’m getting it right – the “Payment Gateway Currency for WooCommerce” plugin works fine, but the “Payment Gateways by Customer Location for WooCommerce” plugin doesn’t, correct? If that’s the case, could you please post a screenshot of your settings in “WooCommerce > Settings > Payment Gateways by Customer Location > Countries”?

I don’t know if we got the configuration ok, if you can help us.
    Thank you so much!
