  • Did your conflict test include trying the default theme?

    It looks like your theme is a child of version 4.2.3 of organic nonprofit. This theme is currently at version 5.2.4. Several theme vendors have been bringing out updates over recent months to keep up with developments in WooCommerce and WordPress. I can’t tell if updating your parent theme will fix the problem but it would be something to try.

    That could very well be the problem, but unfortunately that theme update breaks the child theme so I will be setting up a local clone of the site some I can update my child theme to work with the theme update so I will check that then.
