    Dear Tutor LMS Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to report an issue regarding the visibility of the “Add to Cart” button for courses in Tutor LMS.Issue Description:

We have correctly configured WooCommerce settings for our courses, but we are experiencing a problem where the “Add to Cart” button is not appearing on the course details page. Instead of the expected button, only a “View Course” button is displayed, preventing users from purchasing the courses.Steps Taken:

    1. Verified WooCommerce settings to ensure that the integration with Tutor LMS is correctly set up.
    2. Checked that the courses are linked to WooCommerce products.
    3. Attempted to clear the site cache and refreshed the page.
    4. Disabled other plugins temporarily to rule out any conflicts.
    5. Tested on multiple browsers and devices.

Despite these efforts, the “Add to Cart” button is still not visible, and the courses cannot be purchased.Request for Assistance:

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. If you could provide any guidance or troubleshooting steps to ensure that the “Add to Cart” button appears correctly, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

    Best regards,

  • Hi @tolgahankoyuncu,

Thank you for providing detailed information about the issue.

Based on my analysis, it appears that the absence of the “Add to Cart” button is related to your active theme. In many cases, custom themes or specific theme templates can override WooCommerce’s default product display behavior, which might prevent certain elements like the “Add to Cart” button from appearing properly on course pages.

To confirm if this is indeed a theme-related issue, I recommend the following steps:

    1. Switch to a Default Theme: Temporarily switch to one of the default WordPress themes such as Twenty Twenty-Three or Storefront (the default WooCommerce theme). Once switched, please check the course pages again to see if the “Add to Cart” button appears.
    2. Check for Template Overrides: Some themes override WooCommerce templates, which can affect how buttons are displayed. If switching to a default theme solves the issue, then it’s likely that your current theme has customized WooCommerce templates that might need adjustment.

Once you’ve tested with the default theme, let me know if the “Add to Cart” button becomes visible. If the issue is confirmed to be theme-related, I can guide you on the next steps to resolve this within your active theme.

    Looking forward to your update!

    Best regards,

Hi there, I’ve already tested this, I tested it with the default wordpress theme, twenty-one. I also tried disabling all plugins to test if there was a conflict with a plugin. But the problem was not solved.
