Add to Cart button not working

In fact, it’s a client’s site. One of the products urls is: https://ciadoceu.com.br/produto/brilho-de-estrela-uma-luz-no-caminho/

But I had to deactivate the plugin for not loose any sale. I took a screenshot with the plugin active, and a red circle around the field we use:

I’ve just found out that disabling the “Required” checkbox in the field settings makes the button work again!

Might be a hint to the developer! ??

Another info:

I tried to use special characters & #013; and & #010;” (I had to put a space after the & for them to show in this post) for line breaks inside a Textarea, and the botton stopped again.

In fact, after saving with this chars, they are gone if I try to edit it again…

Anybody found a answer to this yet I have the same problem?

Note also I tried disabling the required in mine and it still doesn’t work

Ok I just found out it appears to be what you write as like the post couple above mine says. If you add ” or special characters in your title or description it breaks it and the add to cart button wont work. I removed the ” around where I had added them in a title and it started working again. Hope this helps someone else out.
