    Hi!

I just installed this plugin. Two issues:

    1) the “add to cart” button shortcode shows the button just fine, but when you click on it it just reloads the page.

I have entered in my paypal account info, and it is a valid paypal account address. Link to the page on which button appears: https://www.etheriafilmnight.com/reel-grrls-fundraising-mixer/

I have tried it with the “Open Paypal Checkout Page” both selected and unselected. I deactivated WP Super Cache, hoping that was the issue. It seems that the button just goes – nowhere.

    2) Shopping cart symbol will not appear, even though I have made sure it was not deliberately hidden in the options.

Any ideas? Latest version of everything up to today.

Oh – I forgot: the debug file is blank.

Hi do you have both shortcodes added in the page you mentioned above? As per instructions below?

Example add to cart button shortcode usage:

    [wp_cart_button name=”Test Product” price=”29.95″]

Step 2) To add the shopping cart to a post or page (example: a checkout page) simply add the shortcode [show_wp_shopping_cart] to a post or page or use the sidebar widget to add the shopping cart to the sidebar.

    Example shopping cart shortcode usage:

    [show_wp_shopping_cart]

Okay, now, I don’t know what happened – but it is working. Magic? Luck? server reset? Wp-Cache turned off completely? I may never know. All I know is that I now see what was not there a few moments ago.

Thank you Mr. Mbrsolution, may you bring such luck to all posters!

I am glad it is working ??

Just a note for you. If you have a cache plugin installed, you will have to set up the cache plugin to exclude pages or post that have shopping cart buttons or else you might run into a similar issue later on.

If your issue is resolved can you please mark this support thread as resolved.

    Thank you
