My website is https://www.littlepeopleandme.com. It seems the Add to Cart button is there but not able to be clicked. It works from the home page and the Shop but not when you go in to the product. Which means that any product with a variation (most of our products) cannot be added to cart.

Have done some testing with our customers via Facebook:

So far not working on the following:
    – iPad mini
    – iPad Air 5
    – iPhone 5
    – iPhone 5c

    Works on:
    – some Samsung phones
    – some Android products
    – Windows and Mac computers
    – Samsung Tablet
    – iPhone 4s

What we have gathered is that it might not be working with IOS7 maybe.

Is anyone else having this problem? Need this rectified asap as we are possibly loosing quite a bit of business.

    @lpam,
Have you tried your site with the basic 2014 or 2013 WP themes? We have an issue with IE 8 and 9 and solely is a theme incompatibility.
You should take a look at your theme forum as well.

I have submitted a support ticket to the theme developer as well so hoping that either can give an answer.

I too have the same issue, was with maya theme, so i changed to socommerce theme and still have the same issue. Would love a fix
    thanks ian

    hello
I think i fixed it. The issue is with 9in my case) jigoshopzoom permanent version and with products with variables (ie size or colour options).
With jigoshopzoom permanent version activated and using a ipad, a simple product adds to cart but a variable product does not add to cart.
Deactivate jigoshopzoom permanent version and variable producys add to cart ok.
This has only come about in the last few versions of the shop plugin.

The theme developer had this comment on there site under another shop plugin – “Anyone having problems with Add to cart and product variations should try this: Disable the Magnifier.”

    Thanks
    Ian

I sent another email to the Theme Developer in regards to this and i got the reply to say it was estimated time for reply would be 2-7 days as i was position 2. It has been 8 days with no reply. We are loosing a lot of business because of this error and really need to get it fixed! Would really love if someone could help with this.

Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Fourteen theme with all plugins deactivated?

    Hi LPAM,

Every day we discover more and more issues with 3rd party themes that are often a result of out of date code or simply compatibility..

We offer free support for our products, but it’s limited to bug fixes only..

The problem that you are experiencing is not a bug fix and its unlikely to be caused by the jigoshop core. Unfortunately, under these circumstances we are unable to work on it under free support.

I would advise you to consider one of our support packages:
