    Hello,

I posted about this previously and thought I had fixed it but it turns out I haven’t.

When I click on the Add to cart option for my course instead of adding it to the cart I just get asked to log in.

The product has been published to my store (https://www.rachelhendersoninteriors.co.uk/shop) and can be added to the basket there without issue. I’ve also linked to the product from within the course settings in TutorLMS and I can see it’s working because the price is being pulled through.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Andy

  • I had that happen too. I was using Woocommerce. Turns out i didn’t have “enable guest checkout” ticked in woocommerce settings, so it tries to make you log in first, so that bit makes sense. But once I’d logged in, the product wasn’t in the cart, as you say, so still a problem!

    Thanks Julie.

It’s odd because I’ve never had that option enabled and it has always worked okay until recently. I don’t want to allow people to check out as a guest so don’t want to enable it to get it work, but it sounds like it doesn’t anyway.

Hopefully, tech support will be able to assist!

    Thanks for your comment ??

    Hi,

Just wondering if anyone from the plugin team have any idea how to solve this issue, please? I’m desperate to get this course up and running and may have to consider an alternative plugin if this can’t be fixed. Would rather not as this one looks perfect for my needs!

    Thanks,
    Andy

    Hello @andytodd88

I have gone through your site. I can see that you are not using student registration on your site. .

Enable Guest checkout from Tutor LMS > Settings > Enable add to cart feature for guest users

    https://prnt.sc/svrj10

This will turn off popup registration from the course single page. .

Let me know if it helps please. . .Thanks
