Try to add the code:

     if (!formValid){
        setTimeout(function(){ $('button[type="submit"]').removeClass('loading'); }, 1000);  
     }

before the line:

     return formValid;

in the file:
wp-content/plugins/product-options-for-woocommerce/view/frontend/web/product/main.js
