Add to cart button started showing up when I updated to V 5.5

Hello,
I’ve been enjoying using your plugin for some months now but all of a sudden when I updated to your latest version 5.5 on March 13, 2017 the Add to cart button started showing up again. I’m running wordpress 4.7.3 and Woocommerce 2.6.14. I tried everything all your recommendations and everything that I know and could not get it to hide again. I rolled back the version and it hides it fine but that created different problems. When I look at the products now it shows something like related posts in a blog but this says similar post.
I am not talking about related products. I have that and it is working fine. I’m talking about seeing another category above the related products that says “Similar Post”
