• I haven’t purchased the plugin from you – yet – as I’ve been trying the free version out first.

However, while I’ve been testing the YITH WooCommerce Catalog ModeI’ve noticed that after having deactivated the catalog mode and subsequently also the Yith plugin, the Woo Cart button (Add to cart) is not showing on some pages – and with some browsers.

The issue I’ve experienced with some browsers (i.e. Chrome and Edge) is that the “Add to cart” button is gone no matter what I’ve tried?!

With Firefox the “Add to cart” button does show on the individual product pages, however, not on the “Woo Product Grid” page.

Just for your info, I’m using Avada as theme.

What can I do to clear all code so the “Add to cart” buttons will reappear?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there
Can you check if the theme has an option to hide the add to cart button?

    Hi Salvatore,
As mentioned in my initial post I’m using Avada as theme and it has the option and it’s set to show the “Add to cart” button.

The really strange thing is that if I activate your plugin, the buttons show below each product on the product grid page, however, when clicking on a product to see it as an individual product, the “Add to cart” and “Quantity” doesn’t show!?

When I deactivate your plugin, the “Add to cart” and “Quantity” shows again on the individual product page, but the “Add to cart” option disappear from the product grid overview pages…

Hence I must believe that your plugin have left some code somewhere…?!?
Not sure if it’s only the free version of your plugin that generates this, but I sure don’t want to pay for the Pro version as long as this issue persist…

    Hi there,
Our plugin not add extra code in your theme and if deactivated cannot interact with your site.
Maybe you have custom code or another plugin that cause the problem.

    Hello again,
I don’t know where your plugin have left some codes?!
Fact is that your plugin have messed up with my product grid pages and the “Add to cart” button is not showing after deactivation!

I don’t have any custom code on that website!
Furthermore, I can’t see any other plugins causing any issues.

    As I mentioned previously…

    Hi @kimfrederik
Our plugin not add code, i checked again the site and now i can see the buttons.
    Maybe was a cache issue.

    Thread Starter KimFrederik

    (@kimfrederik)

    No – it wasn’t a cache issue.
I had the Avada Support team taking a look and they solved the issue.

    I don’t know what happened.
Perhaps a combination with iTheme Security and your plugin?!

    Hi,
the plugin, as stated, not add any kind of code, and if deactivated and you still see it applying the settings, it is a cache issue.

I understand that it doesn’t leave any code behind, however, when uninstalling the plugin it does not reset all settings, hence the “Add to cart” button was gone!

    Hello @kimfrederik
I’m sorry to insist. The plugin, once disabled can’t perform any action! There’s no setting that needs to be reset. It adds only when active, some CSS rule that goes away when the plugin is off.
