Add to cart does not work

  • Hello,

    I have installed a fresh wordpress and your plugin. After activate/configurate it when I go to my single product to add products to my cart but doest work. If your plugin is disabled everything back to normal.

    Can you help me please? My template is Basel (xtemos studios). I would like to try disabling plugins but is a new wordpress! no plugins installed yet.

    Unfortunately, the template Basel from xtemos studios is a Pro Paid Theme, so we are unable to test and evaluate the Add to Cart behavior.

    If you could provide us any error messages or codes, we’d be happy to review and understand if compatibility with the Theme would be possible.
