Since a Woo Commerce update, “Add to cart” button has sporadically not worked on different browsers. Chrome if logged in to WP always works – if logged out will not work. IE does not work. Safari on IPad sometimes works sometimes does not. Firefox always seems to work.

I can not recreate a repeatable scenario. This seems like a possible caching issue but I have cleared that cache many times through GoDaddys admin plus browser caching. I will try and update to the PHP 7.2 tonight and follow that rabbit hole unless some wonderful, brilliant person can send me the magic fix?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @nicolevlug and @columbiagorgediscoverycente,

Whenever I’ve seen this happen before, it’s been due to a conflict. Here’s how to test:

First, you’ll want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then test. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you. If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one to see where the issue is coming from. If you don’t want to test on your live site, then create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging.
