Add to cart doesn’t add product

    I’m using the WP Shopify plugin which is successfully connecting the shopify account to wordpress, although when I hit add to cart the product isn’t added – loading wheel displays but the cart says empty. Any thoughts on why this is happening or is there a setting that needs to be turned on?
