Add to Cart Empty

Hello,
I am in need some some assistance. When I add to cart I see an item in the cart but when I go to check out it says your cart is empty. I checked with host and they said they didnt see anything wrong on their end. They adjusted php but still everything seemed normal. If you could help out that would be great.

Looks like the problem is due to something on your site changing the default wp-admin/admin-ajax.php URL to /mockajax
Can you please disable whatever it is you’ve added to do that? Changing the admin ajax URl is not advisable and will break a large amount of functionality.
If you’re not sure where this change is coming from, please temporarily deactivate all other plugins and activate one of the default themes to see if the problem goes away. If it does, then reactivate the plugins and theme one at a time until the problem returns. You will then know what is causing the problem.
Hello, thanks for looking into it. I deactivated all of the plugins except easy digital download and the problem is still there. What should I do now?
Switch the theme you’re using temporarily and see if that takes care of it.
Hello I changed the theme to Avada and I still get the same “Your Cart Is Empty” I reached out to theme seller he said things were ok, reached out to the host, they said things are ok. Need your help.

I looked in admin folder and the ajax file hasn’t been altered.
I also disabled all of the plugins with the exception of easy digital download plugin.
