Add to cart error

    When I hit add to cart, I receive this error “Sorry, it looks like this product is currently unavailable to purchase. Please clear your browser cache and try again.”

    Please guide…

    also, for the variant products, I’m getting this error “Error: Unable to find selected options. Please try again. (get_variant_id_from_product_options 5)”

    Hey @robinwhitehatcodes ,

    Thanks for reaching out. These errors usually occur when the products you’re trying to show are not visible to the custom Sales Channel that you created during the initial setup.

    Can you double check that each product you want to show within WordPress are set to this custom channel? Here’s a link to a screenshot that shows where you can find the Sales Channel selection: https://wpshop.io/screenshots/sales-channel-example.png

    Also be sure to update the plugin to the latest version (1.2.4 as of today).

    This should no longer be a problem as of version 1.3.0.
