Add to cart event

  • hello i have an issue with the plugin , everything its seems to work fine with traking data layer , but in the product page “add to cart” event its not working it’s not traking, which may be the problem? Thx you verry much

    Hi there,

    I think my first message was a bit too vague for a response, but I am facing the same issue. It seems that on the single product page / product description page the add to cart button does not trigger the gtm4wp.addProductToCartEEC event.

    I have checked and everything seems to be fine and the guidelines set by you are met. It should be working, but it is not. I have been trying for a bit now to get it sorted, but i do need help. Please if you can have a look at the link above when you press add to cart you will see what I am talking about.

    It seems to be working on the product category page, but not on the product page.

    Also the product click event is not triggered anywhere in the website.

    Please let me know if you need any more details.

    Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Sorry for not replying to your first message, it was not vague, it is just that I have a limited time to reply to support threads and sometimes I fail to reply to everyone ??

    I tested your site and for me the add to cart event is fired property:

    It is also true that no GA hit is sent upon this event.
