    Hello,

We have been using your plugin for a long time and after the last update we have a problem. Enhanced ecommerce events are logged correctly except for add_to_cart. When we add a product to the cart, instead of registering the add_to_cart event it generates a view_item event. The other events are generated correctly (begin_checkout, checkout_progress, purchase).

This happens from version 4.6.6 and above (version 4.6.5 and previous works fine). In the store we use the Flatsome theme, and we have tested with the latest version of WooCommerce (also with previous versions the same thing happens).

Are there any changes since version 4.6.6 that could be causing this error?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @jcexited

Thank you for creating this thread.

We have fixed this issue in the recent version of the plugin ( 4.7.2) and you have the flexibility to choose the trigger based on hooks or conditions for add to cart events, checkout steps and order conversions.

You can choose the alternative option hook/condition as mentioned here and monitor the same if the add to cart events are fired.

Do keep us posted if the issue is still unresolved.

    Hi, @sarathkumarrajendran.

Thanks for your response. I have updated to the latest version 4.7.2. I have changed the setting for “AddToCart PDP” to “On Page Condition” and now the add_to_cart event is triggered. For all other events with the hook option it works fine.

    Thanks again for your help.
