I am using the Product List layout. The add to cart button goes to the product page instead of staying on the list page like it does in the demo. I don’t see a setting to control this anywhere in the shortcode builder, plugin settings, or Woocommerce options. The link to your support materials is currently down for maintenance so I can’t check there. Can you tell me how to make the “add to cart” button function but not leave the page?

I’m using the Avada theme. It’s not browser-specific or a plugin conflict (tested for that already).

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us. I hope you are doing well.

It seems the Ajax add-to-cart feature is not enabled in the WooCommerce settings. To enable it, please refer to the screenshot provided at this link: https://prnt.sc/xp8sLvlxRDNQ.

I hope this resolves the issue. Please let me know if it works.

    Regards,
    Richard

Hi – thanks for getting back to us so quickly. Unfortunately, I checked the settings in the image and the item was already selected so it looks like something else is causing the issue.

Ah, Yes, it seems something is wrong. Can you activate the different theme for some time and check? And let me know? It can be a conflict with the AVADA theme. If it works with other themes we have to fix it with the AVADA theme.

    Thank you,
    Regards,
    Richard.

Switching the theme didn’t work. I updated Avada theme. Didn’t work. What did work though was there were Ajax cart settings in the Avada theme options that I missed. Setting those enabled the function. Thank you for your help!
