    Hi there,

I had a look at your site and was able to add products to the cart. What browser are you using to view your page? If it’s not the latest version of Chrome, I recommend trying that and seeing whether things work for you.

You were able to add products because had deactivated the plugin. I had tested on Chrome, Firefox, and Opera on Ubuntu 20.04 and mobile device.

The plugin was working just fine with the last version but after updating to the latest version, Add to Cart failed to add products and spinning endlessly onClck event.

I am asking you to test through and fix the issue.

    Thanks for your support.

    Hey again!

You mention that you deactivate the plugin, and that means that the cart will work now.

Can you confirm we are speaking about WooCommerce core? It sounds like you have some issue with a plugin, deactivated that one and now WooCommerce core is adding to cart properly. Is this the case?

What plugin are you referring to if not WooCommerce core?

Sorry for the delay in responding.

I have deactivated “Auto Coupons for WooCommerce” plugin. The latest version was preventing products to be added to the cart. After deactivation, the cart works as it should normally.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hi again!

Sounds like the update resolved the issue fo you? If it didn’t, have you spoken to the developer behind the plugin you are using yet?

    Hi @bdcoast,

It sounds like you narrowed down the source of the trouble to the Auto Coupons for WooCommerce plugin. If you haven’t yet, go on and get in touch with their developer so they can get this trouble fixed.

I’m going to go on and mark this thread resolved. If you have questions about anything else, please feel free to open up a new thread and we’ll be happy to help out.

    Cheers
