add to cart link custom amount

Try changing pw_gift_card_amount to pw_gift_cards_custom_amount

For example:

https://myshop.com/cart/?add-to-cart=13215
&variation_id=13236
&[email protected]
&pw_gift_card_from=Samuel
&pw_gift_card_message=hello thats my gift
&pw_gift_cards_custom_amount=100

I just realized that the custom amount parameter is part of the Pro version.
