Add to cart not showing on variable product

    Having an issue with products that have variables (such as sizes) are not showing the ‘add to cart’ button once a variable is selected.

  • Hi,

    Check the price of the product, probably it has gone somehow during the Jigoshop update but I believe that you already check that so it could be a problem with jQuery conflict with other plugins, try to deactivate all plugins except Jigoshop and see if the issue still appears, if it will helps then install the jQuery updater plugin to update it to current version but please remeber to make a backup of your database and files before any major update or change.

    I am having the same issue. I first recognized this when I added a facebook tracker plugin(since uninstalled and deleted) and also when I upgraded to 4.3.

    Any suggestions?

    I’ve now discovered that it’s a clash with the ‘Jigoshop Video Links’ plugin I installed fairly recently (It wasn’t brought to my attention that this issue was going on for so long!).

    I’ve no deactivated it and seems to be working fine. I’ll report it to JigoShop support and see if they can sort the plugin clash out.
