add to cart not working

Add to cart is not working . it is showing the error as “Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again!”. If i click add to cart before completely loading of page then it is working ,but if i click add to cart after completely loading of page then button is not working throwing error as “Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again!”
