Hi Guys..

My e-commerce website is made on wordpress and theme is shoptimizer with some custom CSS. website was functional for many years. But all of a sudden since 4 days (from 6-Dec-2023), add to cart button is not working for variable products on product page. When i click, it shows to “Choose the product option” even though i have chosen.

On desktop vies there are to Add to cart button, one is a sticky add to cart on the bottom of the page and other is below the product description. issue is on the sticky add to cart. On mobile view there is only one add to cart and it doesn’t work either.

All the plugins and theme are updated. I have tried deactivating all the plugins except woocommerce, but i face the same issue.

Could you please walk us through the steps to encounter the problem? On the other hand, you may share a screenshot via https://snipboard.io or a screen recording via https://www.loom.com. Please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply.

In the meantime, I recommend clearing your cache by navigating to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following to see if this makes any difference:
- WooCommerce transients – Clear
- Expired transients – Clear
- Clear template cache – Clear
I also highly suggest performing a conflict test by switching to a default WordPress theme, and then deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce to see if the issue is gone, if yes, that means a theme or a plugin is contributing to the issue. Re-enable each to see which one causes it. You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here.

Thanks for the advice, issue was with the css code added for the theme customization. edited the code and issue is fixed.
