Add to Cart NOT WORKING in Chrome on Mac

    Hi there – my client just notified me that the Add to Cart button is not working in Google Chrome for the Mac. I tested it with Firefox, and it DOES work there. What do we need to do to make it work in Chrome, as well?

    Hello:

    We don’t typically provide support here on wordpress, I just happened to get an email here, but you might need to visit our site https://www.wpeasycart.com/my-account and you can securely submit support requests from your account. We provide support for all paid users and members.

    Just to kind of guess though, it sounds like you may have caching installed, sometimes a cache plugin like W3 Total Cache or Performance Cache plugins will cause things to load differently and see varying results… but just a guess. Without a ticket and testing on site it’s hard to tell.
