    Hey,

I use a lot of forms on my store, but any product that uses a form will not add to cart. Is anyone able to help me out with this? I’m not sure where I should be looking.

I’ve tried different themes and I’m still getting the exact same issue. I’ve updated everything, but this stopped working randomly as no changes were made.

    Hi @colinwatson

Thanks for reaching out and sharing your experience. I understand that the “Add to Cart” button isn’t working for products with forms. Are these forms created through third party plugins?

Let’s check a couple of things to get your forms working with the add-to-cart function. First, could you please ensure that all your plugins, especially form-related ones, are compatible with your current version of WooCommerce.

If that doesn’t help, try temporarily disabling all non-WooCommerce plugins and see if the issue persists. This way, we can figure out if there’s a conflict with a specific plugin. If it starts working, re-activate them one by one to pinpoint the issue.

If the problem continues even after this, we might need to check further. In that case, please send us your system status report. You can find it under WooCommerce > Status. This will help us investigate and check for other possible causes.

Ok weird – I’ve disabled them all. Enabled them all one by one – though I have not enabled those I no longer use.
I’m assuming its one I don’t use any more or it’s just started working again.

I’m going to leave it as it is for now as it’s working.
    Thanks for the advice
