• Hello, I’m having an issue when a product is added to cart and the notification that appears at the top of the homepage only shows half of the notification, the rest hides behind my top homepage banner. Homepage – https://imgur.com/a/OzIdoMk

  • Hi @steppin ,

I understand that the “Add to cart” notification is being cut-off, is that correct?

Thanks for sharing a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end, this is very helpful!

As a first step, can you try clearing your browser cache and see if that makes any difference?

Should the issue persist, this could be the cause of custom CSS added to your site. To check, you can try removing any custom CSS added to the site, and then re-add them, one by one, checking after each until you identify the possible cause.

Hi @beautyofcode , I followed your instructions and I still have that issue. I also removed all the custom CSS code.

I just noticed something I had my website set to coming soon and I made it live the add-to-cart notification doesn’t appear at all. I can only see it when logged in as admin. (maybe that will help in figuring it out)

    Hi @steppin ,

Hmm, it sounds like something may be conflicting with WooCommerce.

To check, can you temporarily disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and see if the issue is still present?

If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each, to see where the issue is coming from.

If you don’t want to test on your live site, you can use the free Health Check plugin.

This will allow you to deactivate all plugins, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    Thanks, that worked!
