add to cart product variants has a very slow response

it seems the theme has some sort of js event being triggered during add to cart phase. Sp please better to check with theme settings or support.

i have tried the following themes:
Avada, Storefront and Twenty Twenty.
The problem is always present. If I disable the plugins: PPOM for WooCommerce by N-MEDIA and N-Media WooCommerce PPOM PRO the problem disappears.
